Dear Mr.Chaba ,

Kindly i went 3 months ago to chevrolet agent (elharam branch) with my car (chevrolet optera 2010)regarding excess of gas consumption,

the reception engineer did accept to recieve my car and he mentioned reason of personal issue in avery aggressive attitude,

i did complaint several times but there were no response ,

today i am at the same agent with motor problem ,and they told me that the car will be investigated tomorrow ,

actually this agent attitude and response is very bad ,
